Esimese raudteel liikuva auto ehitasime aastal 2001 AS Eesti Raudtee tellimusel. Sellest projektist sündis viljakas koostöö, mille tulemusel reformiti kogu igapäevane raudtee hoolduse ja remondi korraldus.

Kalli raudteeveeremi asemel võeti kasutusele rööbasteel sõitmise seadmetega varustatud tavaliikluses kasutatavad autod, raskeveokid ja ekskavaatorid.

Tänaseks päevaks oleme valmistanud ligi paarsada ühikut erineva otstarbega raudteesõidukit pea kõikidesse naaberriikidesse.

Meie projekteeritud ja toodetud eritehnika sobib raudtee ja selle kontaktliini diagnostikaks, hoolduseks, ehituseks ning remondiks.

Suunnittelemamme ja valmistamamme erikoistekniikka soveltuu sekä sähköistettyjen rautateiden sähkölinjojen että tavanmukaisten rautateiden diagnosointiin, huoltoon, rakentamiseen ja korjaukseen.

Tähän mennessä olemme valmistaneet lähes kaksisataa erikokoista rautatieajoneuvoa lähes kaikkiin naapurimaihin.

We built our first railway vehicle in 2001 for AS Eesti Raudtee. This project sparked a fruitful partnership that reformed the entire daily railway maintenance and repair operations.

To date, we have manufactured nearly two hundred special-purpose railway vehicles exported to almost all neighbouring countries.

Our designed and produced equipment is suitable for diagnostics, maintenance, construction and repair of railways and their overhead contact lines.

Protruck's custom road-rail (hi-rail) vehicles and track maintenance equipment are compatible with various track gauges, including 1520 mm / 1524 mm (Baltics, Finland) and 1435 mm (standard European gauge).
How fast can a Protruck hi-rail vehicle be mounted onto the tracks?
Thanks to our proprietary electro-hydraulic control system and visual alignment cameras, mounting the vehicle onto the rails or removing it takes only 1-2 minutes.
Are the vehicles and equipment suitable for extreme winter conditions?
Yes, all our railway maintenance and diagnostics vehicles feature weatherproofed, insulated equipment compartments, allowing reliable operation in extreme winter temperatures. 4x4 drive ensures excellent traction on snow and tracks.
What base chassis do you use for building hi-rail vehicles?
We build hi-rail vehicles on a wide variety of robust base chassis depending on customer requirements, including Toyota Hilux, Ford F-350/F-450, Volvo FMX, Iveco Eurotracker, and others.
